Dear All,

Secbok.ISM3 is a controlled project; only Consortium members and
regular contributors to ISM3 will have user accounts.

As you know ISM3 uses strict observer independent operational
definitions of security terms, so any writer must be familiar and use
ISM3 terminology.

Right now only the skeleton is online, it will be populated during 2008...
