All.. The market is broken down into companies that just monitor and provide
info to you. It is upto you to take action. The second category of companies
can actually take action on your behalf. Several multinational banks I
interface with have contracts with such firms. These firms have
relationships with the police and federal authorities from several
countries. Some of them can very consistently bring down foreign phishing
sites within days.

OK, makes sense -- monitor only. You might want to talk to some of the
folks over at the Anti-Phishing Work Group (APWG), as they've already got a
bit of a jump on issues such as phished or faked domains and web sites.
Something along those lines? I have a few contacts over there, if you're
interested, Vicente.
