OK, makes sense -- monitor only. You might want to talk to some of the folks over at the Anti-Phishing Work Group (APWG), as they've already got a bit of a jump on issues such as phished or faked domains and web sites. Something along those lines? I have a few contacts over there, if you're interested, Vicente.
