[ISM3 Users] Online Reputation

Bob,

I am not saying "let's create a process that will prevent anyone from
saying anything bad about you, ever, and find them out if they try", I
am saying "What do you think of monitoring what others are saying
about you, or are trying to impersonate your online presence, so you
can take appropiate action about it?".

My best

Vicente

What's not preventing someone from using a 'fake email' address like 'h0tm4ma at hotmail.com' and spreading all sorts of rumors about your company? Nothing. Even if you performed an IP address check, and if they were smart, their IP address would be irrelevant. Think proxy server, cyber cafes and WiFi (esp. here in the U.S. where *unprotected* WiFi still runs rampant). ;)
