Dear All,

The Consortium has developed in collaboration with Jesus Alberto
Suarez Mendez the new Information Assurance Markup Language that will
be published next week.

I attach an example that specifies a system owned by ACME Inc, located
in Madrid Spain and affected by an internal policy and the Spanish
Privacy Act. There are two distinct availabilty windows, the regular
one (24hx7) and a end of year window when reliability needs to be
specially high. Retention is an internal requirement, while Expiration
is a external regulation requirement.

Note: The mail list has been transferred to ism3.com. After a few
weeks I will delete all memberships to the old list, but it will be
retained for archival purposes.

My best

Vicente
