Anton,
I believe in the "release early, release often" philosophy.
Publishing ELML v0.9 helps getting feedback from the ISM3 users
community on ideas based on ISM3 itself. I wouldn't be surprised, if
the ideas are sound, if ELML concepts becomes part of CEE.
There are no widely adopted logging standards so far. MITRE's backing
and industry involvement in CEE, stand a good chance IMHO. I hope the
ISM3 Consortium can contribute to that.
