2.- What are my deliverables?
3.- What ISM3 processes match best my activity and deliverables?
4.- What are the metrics for my deliverables?
5.- What are my goals?
6.- What activities contribute and which do not to my goals?
7.- What is that I do, what is that I supervise?
8.- Who do I report to and who reports to me?
9.- How do I get my inputs? Who needs my deliverables?
10.- How can I raise the value of my deliverables?
